Synopsis:	In the middle of the city stands a large concert hall, where all sorts of friendly musical creatures live, called Instruments. Although they live in the same house, they are from different families. During the day you can find them in the corridors, drinking coffee, reading newspapers and chatting, and in the evenings you won't miss them if you look for them in the hall. There they always gather on the large concert stage, where they read music and play music. They live in rhythm and harmony, and although each one is something completely special in itself and can perform and play completely alone, their voices complement each other beautifully and blend into a common sound - the sound of an orchestra. Since they prefer to play in a packed hall, they are always very happy to see every listener who honors them with a visit. If you pay attention, you can find invitations in the newspapers, in which they constantly announce when and where they will play and what will be on the program. One day, Nina also read the invitation and decided to visit them. Together with their friend Žan, they went to the concert hall and – lo and behold – they caught them playing music together. They kindly asked them to introduce themselves and play something. That's how they met Mrs. Violina/Violin, her sister Viola, inseparable friends Cello and Bassoon, the Mysterious Oboe and the sophisticated Flute. Then the Horn, Trumpet, Clarinet and Double Bass also introduced themselves – each with their own story and each in their own way. With the cycle of songs “The Colorful World of the Orchestra”, I wanted to introduce young listeners to the sound of individual instruments and their role in the orchestra. This way, children will be able to learn about some of the characteristics of individual instruments with the help of a fairy-tale world. (Tadeja Vulc)
