Shipping Policy

No, you don't need to have an account to place an order with ASTRUM Music Publications. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an e-mail address in the system or write direcly to info@astrum.si. We will then reply with a proforma back to your e-mail address.

But - having an account is pretty handy and you will also benefit from it: you'll be able to see your order history, any wish lists you've created, and the shipping addresses you've used will be saved for future purchases.

1. PAYMENTS WITHIN EU

Only bank transfers are accepted for the orders within European Community and/or Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). No credit card payments).

Which countries are in SEPA? Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden (and United Kingdom).

2. PAYMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE EU:

We accept credit card and PayPal payments for payments made from outside of the EU.

We are charging cards remotely, data are sent via filled-out form to our e-mail: info@astrum.si We manually enter the customer's credit card data to our point of sale (POS) system. You can also send us your credit card data in 2-3 separate e-messages for security reasons, e.g.

  • - CARD NUMBER (1st part, e.g. first 8 numbers) & CARD HOLDER'S NAME & ADDRESS:
  • - CARD NUMBER (2nd part, rest of the numbers numbers) & EXPIRY DATE :
  • - CARD VALIDATION NUMBER (CVC)

PayPal will be added in the near future.

We are NOT accepting bank wire-payments for payments made from outside of the EU. Fees for the customer & for us are too high.

Our standard method of shipping for orders is international (Airmail) registered & trackable mail. We are NOT shipping with expedited, courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, or similar) as those services costs way to much and are not acceptable for most (all?) customers. In principle, delivery charges and handling costs will be added to the invoice at a flat rate according to weight:

The price is inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Orders – if over 2 kg – will be shipped in more than one package and may not arrive simultaneously or as a Airmail Registered & Trackable Mail - Priority Parcel.

Due to the nature of the products, most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible. Please note, all shipping times are estimates only provided to us by our delivery partners and shipping times are subject to many variables.

Shipping times:

  • - EU: 3-7 business days (after 1-3 day processing time & after payment received);
  • - World: 10-14 business days (after 1-3 day processing time & after credit card charged).

Save where the exceptions provided, the consumer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without giving any reason.

Return consignments shall not be accepted without the Publisher's written consent. The Customer shall bear all costs and the risk of the return consignment.

If you purchase digital content - such as music or a video online - you cannot withdraw once downloading or streaming has started, if you previously agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.

A right of withdrawal could be inappropriate for example given the nature of particular goods or services, eg. sheet-music that was previewed on our web-site in full (minus anti-copy sign) or if the supply of goods was made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised prints or digital content or if you unseal the inner envelope (sealing the sheet-music) after receiving the goods.

By placing the order, the buyer agrees to accept the seller's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Payment and that in the event that the customer - after receiving the goods - opens a security seal or envelope containing sheet-music, withdrawal from the ordering contract is not possible.
