SOJAR VOGLAR Črt

Črt Sojar Voglar (1976) graduated in 2000 from composition and music theory at the Academy of Music Ljubljana in the class of prof. Marko Mihevc with whom he completed his master's degree in 2004. He teaches music theory subjects at the Conservatoire for Music and Ballet in Ljubljana where he encourages his students to compose their own music. He has alsoworked at the Academy of Music Ljubljana and at the Pedagogy Faculty in Maribor. Sojar Voglar has composed app. 250 works for various ensembles and genres and is considered as most successful in the orchestral, chamber and choral opus. He haswon several prizes and recognition.
