GRASSI Petra

GRASSI Petra (born 1988) is a Slovenian from Trieste, choral conductor and docent. She won a number of awards at prestigious national and international conducting competitions (Arezzo 2015, Turin 2015, Ljubljana 2016, Hong Kong 2019). With the Vikra Chamber Choir, she won the Grand Prix and the prize for the best conductor at the Seghizzi Competition in Gorica, Italy (2022). With the Dekor Chamber Choir, she won the absolute first place and the award for the best conductor (2018) at the choral competition Naša pesem / Our Song in Maribor. She conducted the Italian National Choir for three years (2020-2022). She is a regular member of international choral and conducting juries. He teaches choral conducting and composition at the State Conservatory "F. A. Bonporti" in Trento. She cooperates with prominent choral institutions at home and abroad. She is a member of the artistic council of the Italian National Choral Union (Feniarco). He also cooperates fruitfully with the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for cultural activities.
