ASTRUM Music Publications is a printed sheet-music publisher but allows (as of 2014 and later) postal & digital delivery of our published music (mainly choral scores, big Full Scores & Instrumental Parts might be excluded from that).


There are two possibilities for ordering & sending the music:

DIGITAL DELIVERY – PDF LICENCE or PRINTED SCORES POSTAL DELIVERY - please choose one!


With each order we send you a person-generated proforma (automatically-generated ones from our web-store are for your orientation purposes only).

Bank(wire) payments are allowed and accepted for EU (European Community)+ countries (see map below, blue, and light blue countries), credit card payments are acceptable as the only paying option for out-of EU coutries, sending info via this form (https://www.astrum.si/pdf/200315_CreditCardPaymentForm_E.pdf) or in more e-mails (to info@astrum.si) to secure your data if desired.

No PayPal or similar.

PLEASE DO NOT try to make payments of your own: do not pay via payment possibilities of your own choice. Payment options are within this info-sheet described and only those described will be accepted by ASTRUM. Payee can not be from country A, receiver from coutry B. This latter would be a tax-breaking offence as there are different taxations processes around the world.

8.8 Special (temporary) provisions for customer payments and delivery to certain countries and territories/regions:

8.8.1 For payments from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, following Brexit, we no longer accept payments through various types of banks due to double-digit bank fees. For this territory, as of January 31, 2020, ASTRUM d.o.o. only accepts payments made using VISA and MasterCard credit cards. (January 1, 2020).  In special cases, when the customer cannot or does not wish to pay by credit card for their own reasons, in this case we also accept bank payment, but we are compelled due to the high bank costs of international bank transactions (UK-EU) to charge an additional fee in the amount of 15.00 EUR. (May 1, 2025).

8.8.2 Over 30 countries have suspended or restricted shipments to the United States due to new U.S. regulations. As of August 22–29, 2025, national post offices in Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Spain, ..., Slovenia (where ASTRUM d.o.o./ASTRUM Music Publications is based), and other countries have suspended acceptance of international parcel items addressed to the United States. Consequently, starting August 22, 2025, ASTRUM d.o.o./ASTRUM Music Publications will temporarily provide only PDF licenses, provided circumstances allow. (August 22, 2025)


Postal services in Europe are reliable and we all can be pretty/quite much sure that printed music will arrive within a decent time frame (ca. 3-5 working days (Middle Europe) but up to 2-3 weeks (USA and World).

As out-of-Europe postal deliveries are not so reliable - depending on territory - so we allow both, postal or digital delivery of our published music.




DIGITAL DELIVERY – PDF LICENCE - sent per e-mail

- no postage & shipping costs,

- you print the score,

- 80% of listed price,

- 5,00 EUR handling fee per one title,

– for overseas, out-of-Europe customers only,

- please add a choir name & address to be engraved on the licensed PDFs,

- we ship PDF licenses in numbers for the entire choir (And yes, we check image material how many singers are there in your choir (please quote realistic, fair numbers, do not write the ordered quantity is for a smaller number of singers within your choir, or similar. Please believe, we have read pretty much all the "excuses" how to order music in smaller quantities). Orders with non-realistic ordered quantities, will - after checking your choir singer's numbers - not be accepted.

PLEASE ADJUST THE NUMBER OF PREVIOUSLY ORDERED QUANTITY TO A REALISTIC ONE (not only 20 copies minimum if your choir has more than 20 singers).



A. DIGITAL DELIVERY – PDF LICENCE


A1. We suggest that the customer orders the compositions on time. In principle, we send PDF licenses once a week - on Mondays.

So if you order on time, as planned - you will not be pressed for time and you will receive the ordered PDF licenses on time.


A2. Processing of PDF Licences and New Rule for Impatient Repetitive Customers

More and more customers expect to receive their PDF licence immediately — within the next minute after placing an order.In order to properly check the ordered quantities and prevent illegal reproduction, ASTRUM Music Publications prepares invoices manually and individually for each customer. Each invoice is created only after a careful review of the order details and verification of the number of choir members. For this reason, you will not receive a proforma invoice immediately or in the next moment after submitting your order.

Unfortunately, in their impatience, some customers create additional pressure and confusion by:

- re-ordering the same item multiple times,

- sending repeated messages and repeating information already provided through other channels of the publisher (such as YouTube, Facebook, Messenger, etc.),

- contacting the composers of the pieces to complain that they have not received the ordered item or that publisher is not available (over the week-end and similar !),

- sending messages and demanding an immediate response during holidays, weekends, Saturdays and Sundays,

- involving additional people in re-ordering the same item for one and the same customer (in some cases we have received orders from up to 4 different people within a few days for the same choir and the same sheet music).


All of the above actions, as well as any other forms of repeated or insistent messaging, only make it more difficult for us to respond and significantly extend the time in which you will receive your ordered sheet music. Once again: any customer who uses the above methods of pressure and impatience will only succeed in further delaying the delivery of their PDF licence.


A3. Therefore, effective February 1st, 2026, we are introducing the following new rule for persistent and repetitive (as above) customers who use the methods described above:

We will issue the proforma invoice, but its validity will begin only after a 7-day waiting period. This 7-day period will be clearly marked on the proforma. 

We will accept prepayments & payments, charge your card, or send the PDF licence only after the 7-day waiting period has expired.  If you have not received your PDF licence after the 7-day period has ended, please contact us at info@astrum.si to remind us. Kindly direct any reminders only to us and not to other channels or individuals. We will respond and process your request in due course. 

If, during, within, or immediately after the 7-day waiting period, the customer continues with any of the impatient or repetitive practices described above, we reserve the right to either:

- start a new 7-day waiting period, or  

- cancel the order entirely.


A4. If we cancel the order, we may inform the customer of alternative sources where the scores can be obtained in printed (paper) sheet music format.  Alternatively, a list of authorised music dealers is available on our website (https://www.astrum.si/E-I-Dealers). You are free to purchase the selected music from them. Please note that in such cases the delivery process will be significantly slower due to international postal services and will also be more expensive, as it may involve additional fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling by third parties.


A5. While ASTRUM maintains the title in its active catalogue, neither the authors, the poets, nor any other individuals may distribute these works in any form.


A6. Important:

The only official business e-contact for placing orders is the publisher’s e-mail: info@astrum.si (mailto:info@astrum.si).

An alternative e-address is astrum.note@gmail.com (mailto:astrum.note@gmail.com), which should be used only if you experience problems with delivery to the main address.Please also ensure that your inbox will accept our replies and that our messages do not end up in your “Spam” or “Junk” folder.





B. PRINTED SCORES POSTAL DELIVERY (a somewhat costier option)

   U.S.A. & Canada, Rest of the World: up to 0,50 kg: 15,00 EUR / up to 1,00 kg: 18,00 EUR / up to 2,00 kg: 28,00 EUR

   Service: Post of Slovenia / The price of postal cost is inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for EU customers / excluding tax for non-EU customers.
